When you submit a booking or inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, vehicle preference, passenger and luggage counts, flight number, and any notes you include. We also collect basic technical data (such as pages visited) to keep the portal secure and improve it.
3. How we use your data
We use booking details solely to operate the service you requested: contacting you to confirm the ride, dispatching the correct chauffeur and vehicle, tracking your flight where relevant, and handling billing. We may also use your contact details to communicate about the specific trip you booked.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with the team members and chauffeurs who need it to deliver your ride. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We never share it with third parties for their own marketing. Processors we rely on (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers) act on our instructions under contract.
5. Security
Booking data is stored in an access-controlled environment. Administrative access is limited to authorised staff, and payment details are handled through established payment providers rather than stored in this portal. We apply industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
6. Retention
Booking records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet accounting, tax and legal obligations in the UAE, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
