Booking terms & conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are requests until confirmed by our reservations team. Airport transfers should be booked at least 2 hours before pickup and all other services at least 12 hours in advance, though same-day requests are always welcome and subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us by email, WhatsApp or phone, including the vehicle type, chauffeur details and the agreed fare.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare. No-shows at the pickup location, where the passenger cannot be contacted for more than 60 minutes, are charged in full.

3. Waiting Time & Flight Delays

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting time is charged in 30-minute increments at the published hourly rate.

For airport collections we track your flight, so delays are accommodated at no extra cost.

4. Changes to Your Booking

Route changes, additional stops and extra hours are welcome wherever the schedule allows and are charged at the published rates. Material changes to date, time or vehicle class may be treated as a new booking.

5. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, vaping and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. Seat belts must be worn at all times, and passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior by negligence or misuse.

6. Child Seats & Safety

Child seats are available on request at no additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking. UAE child restraint laws apply to every journey.

7. Pricing & Additional Charges

Quoted fares include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls and standard luggage handling unless stated otherwise. Parking fees at venues, intercity distances beyond the agreed route and public-holiday surcharges are billed separately.

Fares are quoted in AED and payable by card, bank transfer or cash on completion of the service.

8. Liability

We are fully licensed and insured for chauffeur-driven transport in the UAE. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected journey. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or road closures.
